[2026년 2월] 학위수여식 / 졸업식 및 석사 가운 대여 안내

(대학원생 대상)




<2026년 2월 25일 CIS·GSIS 학위수여식> 




본 학위수여식은 CIS·GSIS 주관으로 진행되며, 오프라인 행사로만 개최됩니다.




  1. 일시: 2026년 2월 25일(월) 오전 10시 30분 


     * 행사 날짜는 확정되었으나, 행사 시간은 변경될 수 있습니다.




  2. 장소: 국제관 214호 (International Studies Hall #214)


     * 참석자는 졸업 가운을 반드시 착용한 상태로 행사 시작 전까지 지정 좌석에 착석해 주시기 바랍니다.


     * 정문으로 차량 출입 시, **졸업식 일정 관련 서류(추후 업로드 예정)**를 주차 안내 요원에게 제시하셔야 주차가 가능합니다.


     * 가족 및 지인의 참석이 가능합니다.




  3. 가운 대여 및 반납 기간


    1) 가운 대여 신청 및 대여료 납부 기간: 2026년 1월 28일(수) ~ 2월 6일(금) 15:00


    2) 가운대여 신청폼 및 입금 안내 링크: 구글 설문 링크


    3) 가운 대여 기간 (예정, 아래 기간에만 대여 가능)


         - 2026년 2월 23일(월) 10:00 ~ 11:50 / 13:00 ~ 17:00


         - 2026년 2월 24일(화) 10:00 ~ 11:50 / 13:00 ~ 17:00


         - 2026년 2월 25일(수) 10:00 ~ 11:50 / 13:00 ~ 17:00


    4) 가운 반납 기한: 2026년 2월 26일(목) 10:00 ~ 11:50 / 13:00 ~ 16:00


    5) 가운 대여/반납 장소: 국제관 217호


    6) 가운 대여/반납 시 유의 사항


         - 신분증 또는 여권을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.


         - 가족 또는 지인이 대리로 가운 대여·반납이 가능하나, 대여·반납 기간 이전에 GSIS 이메일(gsIS@korea.ac.kr)로


           학생 본인이 사전 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.(GSIS 학생에 한함)


         - 가운 대리 수령자의 위임장을 작성하여 관련 서류와 함께 이메일로 제출해 주셔야 합니다.


         - 가운을 반납하지 않을 경우, 졸업증명서, 성적증명서 등 각종 증명서 

발급이 불가합니다.


         - 박사과정 학생은 가운을 개별적으로 구매하셔야 합니다.

<February 25, 2026 CIS·GSIS Degree Conferment Ceremony>

The Degree Conferment Ceremony will be hosted jointly by CIS and GSIS and will be held offline only.



1. Date & Time


  • Date: February 25, 2026 (Wednesday)




  • Time: 10:30 AM
    ※ The date has been confirmed; however, the ceremony time may be subject to change.




2. Venue


  • International Studies Hall, Room 214


Important Notes:

  • All participants must be seated in their designated seats before the ceremony begins, wearing their graduation gowns.


  • For vehicle entry through the main gate, you must present official graduation-related documents (to be uploaded later) to the parking staff.

  • Family members and guests are welcome to attend.




3. Graduation Gown Rental & Return


1) Application & Payment Period

  • January 28 (Wed) – February 6 (Fri), 2026, until 15:00

3) Gown Rental Period

(Gowns can be rented only during the periods listed below)


  • February 23 (Mon), 2026
    10:00–11:50 / 13:00–17:00


  • February 24 (Tue), 2026
    10:00–11:50 / 13:00–17:00


  • February 25 (Wed), 2026
    10:00–11:50 / 13:00–17:00


4) Gown Return Period

  • February 26 (Thu), 2026
    10:00–11:50 / 13:00–16:00


5) Rental & Return Location

  • International Studies Hall, Room 217




6. Important Notes Regarding Gown Rental/Return


  • Please bring your student ID card or passport when renting or returning the gown.


  • Gown rental and return may be completed by a proxy (family member or acquaintance);



  • however:

    • The student must contact the GSIS Office in advance via email
      (gsis@korea.ac.kr)


    • This applies to GSIS students only.


    • A letter of authorization must be completed and submitted by email along with relevant documents.


  • If the gown is not returned, issuance of official documents such as:

    • Certificate of Graduation

    • Academic Transcript
      will be restricted.


  • Doctoral students must purchase their gowns individually.
