2. 신청방법
1) KUPID (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) → 학적/졸업 → 학적사항 →휴·복학 신청(대학원)

3. 신청기간
1) 학적변동 기간 : 2026년 2월 2일(월) 9:00 ~ 2월 25일(수) 17:00 (내.외국인 대학원생 모두 신청 가능)
2) 외국인 대학원생은 2026년 1월 20일부터 먼저 휴/복학 신청 가능(D-2비자 및 표준입학허가서(CoA) 발급을 위해)
4. 외국인 대학원생은 KUPID에서 복학 신청 시 반드시 아래 서류를 업로드해야 함(미업로드 시 복학 신청 접수 불가)
1) 신 여권 사본(해당되는 경우 외국인등록증 사본 포함)
2) 계좌잔고증명서 사본
※계좌잔고증명서 사본은 아래 요건 모두 충족해야 함
- 잔여 학기 2~4학기인 경우 2,000만 원 (USD 20,000) 이상, 잔여 학기 1학기인 경우 1,000만 원 (USD 10,000) 이상의 잔액이
하나의 계좌에 있어야 함
- 은행 직인 또는 서명이 포함된 영문 공식 서류의 스캔본(또는 선명한 사본)일 것
- 계좌 명의자는 반드시 본인 또는 부모여야 함
- 부모 명의 계좌 제출 시, **가족관계증명서(또는 출생증명서)**를 은행 잔고 증명서와 함께
하나의 PDF 파일로 병합하여 업로드
- 신청서 제출일 기준 30일 이내 발급된 서류일 것

3. Application Period
1) January 20, 2026 ~ January 30, 2026 16:00
* Only Int'l Students are available to apply during the period 1).
This period is open early for international students who need a Certificate of Admission(CoA) in order to apply for and get a student visa(D-2).
2) February 2, 2026 10:00 ~ February 25, 2026 17:00
(Official Period for Academic Status Change)
* Both Korean and Int'l Students are available to apply during the period 2).
4.Required Documents for Return from Absence(Reinstatement)
: When you apply for Return from Absence(Reinstatement) on KUPID,
please upload both documents below.
① a copy of (new) passport (if applicable, a copy of ARC together)
② a copy of bank balance statement
The Bank Statement(Proof of Bank Balance: Tuition + Living Costs)
must satisfy all the requirements below
(1) Indicate it has a minimum balance of KRW 20 million (USD 20,000) (2~4 semesters left), KRW 10 million (USD 10,000) (1 semester left) in one account.
(2) Be a scanned copy(clear photocopy) of official document in English with the stamp [signature] from the bank.
(3) The account holder MUST be YOU or your parents.
In the submission of parents', please upload the certificate of family relations (or birth certificate)with the bank statement (compound them into ONE PDF file).
(4) Be issued within 30 days as of the application submitting date

5. Course Registration Period for 26-1 semester :
For the current students and students on leave : 2/10(TUE) 13:00 ~ 13(Fri) 12:00
For the freshmen : 2/11(WED) 13:00 ~13(Fri) 12:00
