2027학년도 1학기 전공배정 안내(디자인조형학부)


디자인조형학부로 전공 배정을 희망하는 외국인 학생은 디자인조형학부의 평가고사를 거쳐야 하며, 평가에 합격한 학생에 한하여 해당 학부로 전공 배정 신청이 가능합니다.


평가고사와 관련하여 아래 사항을 참고하시기 바랍니다.


- 아 래 -

1. 대상자 

: 자유전공학부, 글로벌자율학부, 학부대학 소속 외국인 학생 중 디자인조형학부로 전공 배정을 희망하는 2학기 이상 등록 재학생


* 위 대상자에 자유전공학부의 외국인특별전형, 전교육과정해외이수자전형, 북한이탈주민전형 포함



2. 평가 대상: 포트폴리오

a. 평가 기준

- 창의성: 30점, 전문성: 30점, 완성도: 40점


b. 작품 유형

- 평면/입체/디지털/AI활용 작품 포함


c. 제출 형식

• 첨부양식 A4 15매 이내, 작품당 1페이지

• 제작 연도, 크기, 매체, 간단 설명 기재


d. 신청 기간 및 평가 절차

• 신청 기간: 매 학기 전공배정 신청 기간

• 평가 절차: 신청 기간 종료 후 디자인조형학부에서 포트폴리오 심사를 진행하고, 그 결과를 주관학과에 통보

• 결과 안내: 주관학과에서 심사 결과를 반영하여 최종 전공배정 결과 발표


e. 신청 방법

• 포탈 → 학적 → 전공배정 → 전공배정신청서작성

• 포털에서 전공배정 신청 시 디자인조형학부 선택 후 포트폴리오 및 제출 서류 업로드


f. 유의 사항

• 제출한 포트폴리오가 본인의 창작물임을 확인하는 서약서(※첨부양식) 작성 필수

• 허위 사항 기재 시 전공 진입 취소 가능

• 디자인조형학부 심사 결과에 따라 배정되지 않을 수 있으므로, 

제2제3지망 전공도 반드시 선택할 것을 권장




Notice on Major Assignment for the First Semester of the 2027 Academic Year

(School of Design and Formative Arts)


International students who wish to apply for placement in the School of Art and Design must first undergo an evaluation conducted by the relevant department. Only students who pass the evaluation will be eligible for major assignment to the School of Art and Design(디자인조형학부).


Please refer to the information below regarding the evaluation examination.


1. Eligible Applicants: 

Currently enrolled international students in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies(자유전공학부), Global Open Major Division(글로벌자율학부) and University College(학부대학) who have completed at least two semesters of registration and wish to be assigned to the School of Art and Design(디자인조형학부).


* This includes students admitted under the following categories within the School of Interdisciplinary Studies: International Students, Students Who Completed Their Entire Education Abroad, and North Korean Defectors.



2. Evaluation Material: Portfolio

a. Evaluation Criteria

- Creativity: 30 points, Professionalism: 30 points, Quality of Completion: 40 points


b. Types of Work

- Includes two-dimensional, three-dimensional, digital, and AI-assisted works


c. Submission Format

 • Maximum of 15 A4 pages using attached form, with one page per work

 • Include the year of production, size, medium, and a brief description for each work


d. Application Period and Evaluation Process

 • Submission: During the Major Assignment Application Period each semester

 • Evaluation: After the application period ends, the School of Art and Design will review the submitted portfolios and notify the host department of the evaluation results.

 • Announcement: The host department will announce the final major assignment results based on the evaluation results.


e. How to Submit

 • Portal → Academic Records → Major Assignment → Major Assignment Application Form

 • When applying for major assignment through the portal, select the School of Art and Design and upload your portfolio and all required documents.


f. Important Notes

 • Applicants must submit a signed declaration (using attached form) confirming that all works in their portfolio are the their own original creations.

 • If any false information is provided, major assignment may be canceled.

 • As assignment to the School of Art and Design is not guaranteed and depends on the evaluation results, applicants are strongly encouraged to select second- and third-choice majors as well.
