Hybrid Symposium on Exploring the reform scripts of development partners: Comparative Retrospective Analyses

With sponsorship of the GSIS and the CAMPUS Asia Plus ProgramKobe University’s Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) hosts a hybrid symposium on “Exploring the global scripts of development partners.” The symposium is jointly organized by Kobe University, Teachers College, Columbia University, and the KIX EMAP Hub in collaboration with numerous universities, ministries of education, think tanks, and development partners. It will take place on May 9, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and detailed agenda is attached.


We encourage those of you who are interested in education reforms to participate in this event, which will provide a forum for a retrospective reflection and discussion on education reforms in countries of the Global South that were implemented with external funding from development partners over the past forty years.
