※ 금융기능 학생증에 등록된 계좌는 향후 학사업무 및 장학금 수령 등에 사용할 예정이오니 가능한 금융기능 학생증으로 신청 요망
※ 상기 기간에 학생증을 신청하지 못한 학생은 교내 시설(도서관 및 각 건물) 이용과 전자 출결 등에서 제한을 받을 수 있음

※ 수령: 하나은행에서 개인별 세부 배부일정 통보 예정(수령시 신분증과 핸드폰 지참)

Q1. I have not applied for my Student ID card. How can I access the school
facilities?
A1. You can apply at the 2. Non-Financial Student ID card, in the additional round, from Wednesday, March 13.
Before that, you can access the facilities as follows:
Access the Google Play in your own smartphone > Install app
"Initial" > Register the Mobile KU Student ID card
You can access the library and check your course attendances by your mobile student ID card.

Q2. I'm trying to issue a mobile KU student ID and I get a message saying, "The academic information is not correct". What should I do?
A2.
▷ The mobile KU student ID card can be issued only when the name and date of birth of the mobile phone you authenticated at the time of initial registration and the student number submitted at the time of request for issuance match the Korea University's academic information.
▷ First of all, please make sure you enter your student number correctly.
▷ Second, please check if the name and birth date of the mobile phone are the same as those of Korea University. (Check the name and birth date in the KU portal system.)
▷ If the name and date of birth are different, please request KU GSIS administrative team's office.
▷ If the mobile phone's name is in Korean, please change the Korean name of the school register, and if it is in English, please change the English name of the school register to the same.
