- ONLY Students whose Student Numbers Start with 2022 can pick-up
Pick-up period: until April 6, 2022
How to pick up the Freshmen welcome kit?
Step 1: Make an appointment to visit the CIS

Student MUST pick up own kit.
Step 2: Visit the CIS Administration
Office with Student ID or ID
Card required.
If student is not able to
visit the office with the special reasons, it is available to delegate a person
to pick up by following steps:
Step 1: Submit the Authorization Letter to CIS E-mail (dis@korea.ac.kr)
Step 2: CIS Administration Office confirmed
the document with e-mail
Step 3: MUST make an appointment and visit
the CIS Office to pick up [CLICK]
Step 4: The delegated person can visit the CIS Administration Office with Student ID or ID Card to pick up
