The CAMPUS Asia Plus Program and BK21 Program of Glocal Studies have jointly launching the Risk Management and International Organizations Series to invite experts from the international organizations. As the second session of the Series, we will hear from Dr. Samuel Kim (Project Manager at OECD) on “What Skills Are Needed to Work in International Organizations".

Dr. Kim, who is managing multiple national skills strategy projects at OECD, will first share his work at OECD with focus on the role of skills development in mitigating skills imbalances in the labor market. The presentation will then highlight some ways to explore job opportunities at OECD and what skills are required to work in international organizations. 

At the moment, Dr. Kim is on a sabbatical from the OECD and is working with Coupang as a Principal Program Manager. He has a PhD from Cambridge University on Economics of Education and a Master’s from Harvard Graduate School of Education on Education.
