2023학년도 2학기 국제학부 세부트랙 이수 인증 신청 안내
2023-2 Notice on Application for DIS Concentration
아래와 같이 국제학부 세부트랙 이수 인증 신청 안내합니다.
1. 대상: 아래 각 항목을 모두 충족한 자
1) 국제학부 제1전공(자유전공학부 포함), 심화전공, 이중전공, 복수전공 학생
2) 세부트랙 이수 인증 요건을 충족한 자 (15학점, 5과목)
2. 신청 기한: 2024.1.9(화) ~ 1.12(금)
* 신청 기한 반드시 엄수(기한 이후에는 신청 불가)
3. 신청 서류: 아래 각 서류를 모두 제출해야 함
1) 국제학부 세부트랙 이수 인증 신청서
2) 성적증명서(2023-2학기 성적 포함 필수) *1/9(화) 12:00 이후 출력 가능
※ 모든 신청 서류는 PDF 형식으로 변환 후, 제출하시기 바랍니다. (jpeg, jpg, png, word 파일 등 제출 불가) ※
4. 신청 방법:
1) 이메일 접수만 가능: dis@korea.ac.kr
5. 유의사항:
1) 미신청시 세부트랙 이수 인증서 발급 불가
2) 신청 기한 반드시 엄수(기한 이후에는 신청 불가)
3) 신청 마감 일주일 후 승인 확인 메일 수신 예정 (1/19(금) 에 이메일 확인 바람)
4) 신청서 하단 서명은 반드시 자필로 해야 함
5) 세부트랙 이수 인증서는 승인 후 포털 제증명에서 발급 가능
6) 23학번 이전 학번 학생에게는 세부트랙 이수는 졸업요구조건이 아님 (선택사항)
7) 졸업요건을 모두 충족하였음에도 불구하고 세부트랙 이수를 위해 졸업을 유예할 수 없음

We provide the following information regarding the application for DIS Concentration.
1. Eligibility:
1) Students in DIS as their primary major, Intensive Major, Double Major, and Dual-degree Major
2) Individuals who meet the requirements for DIS Concentration (15 credits, 5 courses)
2. Application Period: 2024.1.9(Tue) ~ 1.12 (Fri)
* No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
3. Required Documents:
1) Application form for the certificate of concentration
2) Academic Transcript (including the grades for the 23-2 semester) *Available after *1/9(Tue) 12:00 pm
※ Please submit all application documents in PDF format. (NO jpeg, jpg, png, word, etc.) ※
4. Application Method:
1) Apply via Email: dis@korea.ac.kr
5. Important Notes:
1) Failure to apply will result in the inability to issue the certificate of DIS Concentration.
2) Application is only possible during the application period.(No applications will be accepted after the deadline).
3) Confirmation emails regarding approval will be sent approximately one week after the application deadline. (Please check your email on 1/19)
4) The signature at the bottom of the application form must be handwritten.
5) The certificate of DIS Concentration can be issued through the portal certification service starting after the approval.
6) Completion of DIS Concentration is not a graduation requirement for students enrolled before the year 2023. (Optional)
7) A student cannot postpone graduation to complete the concentration if all other graduation requirements have been met.
