1. 포털 정보 확인
- 포털에 입력된 핸드폰 번호 / 이메일 / 한글 및 영문성명 확인
: 핸드폰 번호 및 이메일: 학적/졸업 - 학적사항 - 학적사항수정 메뉴에서 변경
: 한글성명 정정 - 학적부 기재사항 정정원 1부, 주민등록초본 (정정내역 표기), 신분증 (양면) 사본 1통
: 영문성명 정정 - 학적부 기재사항 정정원 1부, 신분증 (여권) 사본 1통
- 국제대학 이메일 제출 : dis@korea.ac.kr (이중전공 학생은 제1전공 행정실 문의)
- 포털상의 한글 및 영문성명이 학위기에 기재 됩니다.
- 영문명 미입력자는 영문 학위기 출력 불가
- 학위기 발급 후 이름 수정 불가
2. 졸업사정 일정
- 졸업판정 문자 및 메일 안내 :
<제1전공/다중전공> 1/31(화)
- 졸업판정 문의 기간 :
<제1전공/다중전공> 2/2(목)까지
- 졸업판정 확정 :
<다중전공> 2/3(금) 17:00, <제1전공> 2/6(월) 17:00
- 졸업예정자 졸업판정 조회기간 : 2/13(월) ~ 2/15(수)
- 졸업생 졸업증서 교부 : 2/24(금) 이후
- 학위수여식 : 2/24(금) (추후 세부일정 안내 예정)

Prospective Graduates in Spring 2023
This is a notice for graduation in February 2023.
1. Check Information on the Portal
- Please check the information of Phone Number / Email / Korean and English Names on Portal
: Phone number / Email Revision - [Portal] Registration & Graduation - University Registration - Edit University Registration
: English Name Revision - The request form for the Correction of Information in the School Register & a copy of student’s Identification Card (Passport)
- Please submit by DIS email(dis@korea.ac.kr) (Double major students should contact the first major office)
- Both Korean and English names on Portal will be printed on your diploma.
- The expected graduates whose name in English is not found on their university records, will be issued the graduation certificate in Korean only.
- Graduation certificate is issued only once.
2. Graduation Assessment Schedule
- Message and Email Instruction for Graduation Assessment will be sent on :
January 31st (Tue) for Double / 2nd Major, 1st Major
- Inquiries can be received until:
February 2nd (Thur) for Double / 2nd Major, 1st Major
- Graduation Assessment Confirmation :
February 3rd (Fri) 17:00 for Double / 2nd Major,
February 6th (Mon) 17:00 for 1st Major
- Graduation Assessment Results can be checked in : February 13th (Mon) ~ February 15th (Wed)
- Graduation Certificate Distribution Schedule : After February 24th (Fri)
- Graduation Ceremony : February 24th (Fri)
