고려대학교 국제학부 국제대학원

국제처 국제교육팀에서 개설하는 2021학년도 국제하계대학(2021 KU International Summer Campus)에 대한 본교생(학부/대학원생) 수강 신청을 아래와 같이 진행합니다.

금년도는 코로나19로 인해 전면 온라인 수업으로 진행되며, 대학원 학생들을 위해 국제하계대학 내 대학원 교과목(Graduate program)도 신설하였으니 많은 신청 부탁드립니다.

아 래 -

프로그램 개요

- 본교 국제하계대학은 Cornell University, Yale University 등 해외 명문대학 유수의 교수진들을 초빙하여 전 세계 학생들과 함께 수강할 수 있는 Global 계절수업 프로그램입니다.

- 본교생들은 본교 정규 계절수업 등록금에 준하는 수업료로 전 세계 대학생들과 함께 해외 명문대학 교수님들의 수업을 수강할 수 있으며, 본교 계절수업 학점(영강/외국어강의)으로 인정받을 수도 있습니다.

2. 수강 대상

- 본교 학부/대학원 재학생 및 휴학생

- 2021학년도 8월 졸업(수료) 예정자 신청 및 수강 불가

- 2021학년도 1학기 동일과목 수강생 신청 및 수강 불가

3. 신청 방법

가. 국제하계대학 홈페이지 summer.korea.ac.kr 방문

나. “Registration – Apply & Pay” 클릭

다. “Korea University Students” 클릭 후 온라인 신청서 작성, 수강할 교과목 선택

라. 온라인 지원서 작성 후 부여되는 개인별 하나은행 가상계좌로 수업료 입금

※ 추후 학점인정을 위하여 국제대학원 학점교류 수강신청서(별첨 4) 별도 제출

4. 수업료 및 장학 혜택

가. 수업료: 과목당 35만원(3학점): 학부/대학원 교과목 동일

나. 장학 혜택 (대학원 교과목만 해당)

- 국제하계대학 대학원 교과목은 2021학년도부터 신설되는 과정으로, 금년도에 한해 파격적인 장학혜택 부여
- 장학금: 국제하계대학 대학원 교과목 수강 후 성적 취득 시 과목당 30만원 지급 (실질 수업료 5만원)

※ 학부생의 경우 국제하계대학 대학원 교과목만 수강은 불가, 반드시 학부1과목과 동시 수강 필요

5. 2021학년도 국제하계대학 주요 일정

* 별도의 수강신청 기간은 없으며, 지원 시 수강할 교과목 선택

* 일부 과목의 경우 조기에 지원 마감될 수 있음

The KU International Education Team is pleased to announce that the application for the 2021 International Summer Campus is now open for undergraduate/graduate students at KU.

This year’s ISC will offer online classes due to COVID-19 circumstances, and Graduate program is newly established for graduate students.

Program Overview

- KU ISC is a Global Summer Session program that invites professors from prestigious universities abroad, such as Cornell University and Yale University, for students to take classes with participants from all over the world.

- Students can take classes of professors from prestigious universities around the world with tuition fees equivalent to regular seasonal classes at KU. They can also be recognized as a credit for regular seasonal classes at KU(English/Foreign language lecture).

2. Eligibility

- KU Undergraduate/Graduate student

- Students who expect to graduate or to meet all graduation requirements in August 2021 are NOT eligible

- Students who are taking the same course in 2021 Spring semester NOT eligible

3. How to Apply

가. Visit our official website(summer.korea.ac.kr)

나. Click on “Registration – Apply & Pay”

다. Select on “Korea University Students” and submit the online application including the course list to take

라. Once you complete your online application, you will receive an individual virtual account number (KEB HanaBank) to make a payment

※ Please submit the KU GSIS Domestic Exchange Program Application(Annex 4) for credit transfer(recognition) later

4. Fee & Scholarship

가. Fee: 350,000 KRW per course (3 Credits): applies for both Undergraduate/Graduate courses

나. Scholarship (Graduate courses only)

- KU ISC Graduate courses are newly established in 2021 and are applied an exceptional scholarship only for this year
- Scholarship: 300,000 KRW per course (substantive course fee 50,000 KRW), if a student successfully finishes the Graduate course without a F

※ Undergraduate students must take at least one concurrent undergraduate course to register for graduate course

5. Academic Calender for KU ISC 2021

* No separate course application period, select the course(s) to take when submitting the application

* Applications may be closed early for some subjects due to course quota
* Visit our official website for specific achademic calendar and courses list

6. Recognition of Academic Credits

- Criteria for credit recognition differ depending on each department of Undergraduate/Graduate student, refer to the table below, and Annex 2, 3 for more details of recognition of academic credits
